Separately, and independently checkable: Alluvi did publish a genuine own-name Janoshik certificate (retatrutide 99.859%, task #81445, October 2025) that still verifies, but the storefront buyalluvi.co.uk no longer resolves (NXDOMAIN, checked July 2026), and the 'Alluvi' name now spans a dozen near-identical sites (alluvi.bz, alluvi.store, alluvipharma.co.uk, alluvistore.co.uk and more), so a buyer cannot tell which seller, if any, holds that certificate. Alluvi's own pages say its genuine sites never take payment through WhatsApp, yet buyalluvi took orders that way, and Trustpilot reviews of Alluvi-branded sites report an advance-fee pattern (demands to 'release' a paid order).
