What the research shows for GHK-Cu, and what it does not

A real molecule with a real, narrow literature. GHK-Cu occurs naturally in human plasma and its 157 PubMed papers are mostly about skin: collagen signalling in cell culture, wound models in rodents (39 papers), and cosmetic creams.

The only clinical trial is a face cream. PubMed indexes 1 clinical trial, from 2006, which applied a topical copper-tripeptide complex to laser-resurfaced skin. It is the basis for GHK-Cu's place in cosmetics, not for anything injected.

Injected GHK-Cu has never been studied in people. Of the 47 human papers that are not reviews, 0 describe subcutaneous or intravenous use. Every vial sold for injection in the UK is therefore sold on cell-culture and animal data, with no human dose, safety or effect ever measured.
